Ingal Obtains Main Roads Qld Accreditation

Ingal Civil Products has obtained Queensland Main Roads Accreditation as a fabricator and supplier of Steel Beam Guardrail. The accreditation follows a series of technical and quality assurance audits conducted on Ingal’s new manufacturing facility located at Minto, NSW.

The new Ingal Minto operation includes slitting of raw material, pressing, roll forming, welding and galvanizing.

Peter Watson, Queensland Sales Manager says Ingal is well placed to continue to service the growing road infrastructure investment throughout Queensland.

“The Queensland Main Roads Accreditation demonstrates the ability of Ingal to manufacture and supply quality safety barrier systems. With steel purchased through BlueScope Steel, Ingal remains committed to supplying material complaint to Australian and State Road Authority Specifications.

As the only Australian safety barrier manufacturer with a purpose built galvanizing facility, Ingal retains complete control of the manufacturing process”.

Material Compliance Certificates are available upon request and include Ingal’s ISO 9001 Accreditation, BlueScope Test Certificates and Galvanising Inspection Reports.
