- Description DescriptionDescriptionThe FlexFence Wire Rope Safety Barrier provides proven NCHRP 350 TL3 and TL4 performance in a narrow, efficient footprint suited to high speed roads. Early generations of FlexFence delivered EN 1317 N2 and H1 compliance, while later versions achieve full NCHRP 350 certification.FlexFence offers an upgrade pathway to MashFlex, allowing existing installations to be brought to MASH TL3 or TL4 performance while reusing cables, post footings and anchor blocks. With shallow footings, driven sleeve options, surface mounted posts and multiple anchor block designs, FlexFence provides flexibility for varied site conditions, soil types and underground service constraints.Suitable for verge and median applications in single sided or double sided layouts, FlexFence is designed to deliver effective redirection while conserving valuable formation width through the slim Sigma Post profile.Features FeaturesFeatures• Crash tested and approved to NCHRP 350 TL3 and NCHRP 350 TL4• Accepted by the Austroads Safety Barrier Assessment Panel (ASBAP)• Designed in accordance with AS/NZS 3845.1 Road Safety Barrier Systems & Devices• Bi-directional performance for verge and median installations• Driven sleeves available for suitable ground conditions• Hallow post footings requiring only 300mm by 600mm• Narrow system width maximises recovery area• Surface mounted post options with engineered ground beams available• Deflection can be reduced by decreasing post centre spacing• Upgradable to MASH by converting to MashFlex
