QuadGuard CZ

The QuadGuard CZ system is specifically designed for use in temporary construction zones and other relocatable work zones. It provides high-efficiency protection with up to 80% reusability after most design impacts. The system consists of energy-absorbing cartridges surrounded by durable Quad-Beam™ panels, ensuring reliable performance.

The relocatable design allows the system to be moved as a single unit, minimizing road closure times and facilitating rapid deployment in changing work zone configurations. Energy absorption is achieved through crushable cartridges that telescope during head-on impacts, while side impacts are managed through vehicle redirection along the Quad-Beam™ panel framework.

The system is compliant with NCHRP 350 Test Level 3 standards, with an available width of 610 mm to 915 mm and a design length of 4.00 m to 8.54 m, depending on the required speed protection.
