Flexbeam W-Beam system is a semi-rigid steel guardrail solution designed to redirect and contain vehicles safely and efficiently. It features a longitudinally corrugated rail profile and is compliant with NCHRP-350 TL3 standards. Flexbeam is suitable for various roadside and non-roadside applications and can be installed using in-ground or base-plated posts, or mounted directly onto suitable structures.

- Description DescriptionDescriptionFlexbeam W-Beam Rail is used in semi-rigid safety barriers in multiple applications and is integral to the safe aand efficient redirection. W-Beam may be installed directly onto In Ground or Base Plated Posts or onto Spacer Blocks mounted upon Posts dependent upon the relevant standard. In a non-standard application W-Beam may be mounted directly onto any suitable structure.W-Beam may (in conjunction with the use of specific posts) form part of a barrier which complies with various standards including AS/NZS 1170, AS/NZS 1596, AS/NZS 3845, Public Domain/G4, Type B and WW6.Features FeaturesFeatures• Crash tested and approved to NCHRP-350 TL3• Designed in accordance with AS/NZS 3845.1:2015 or AS/NZS 3845.2:2017 Road Safety Barrier Systems & Devices• Compatible with Public Domain/G4, Type B, and WW6 configurations• Overlapping splice bolt connections for secure rail joining• Available in lengths up to 5m Net Lineal Length (NLL)• Suitable for installation with base-plated or in-ground posts, spacer blocks, and direct mounting
