    Description
    BG800 Safety Barrier is a modular, steel vehicle barrier designed for both temporary and permanent applications. It meets MASH TL3 and TL4 standards, ensuring reliable containment and redirection at speeds of up to 100 km/h. The system offers variants for reduced deflection, making it suitable for constrained sites. Featuring QuickLink connectors, the BG800™ allows rapid installation and removal, providing flexible protection for various road environments.

    • Accepted by the Austroads Safety Barrier Assessment Panel (ASBAP)
    • Designed in accordance with AS/NZS 3845.1 Road Safety Barrier Systems & Devices
    • QuickLink connectors enable installation of up to 300 metres per hour with just three operatives
    • Unique stepped profile reduces damage to both vehicle and barrier during impact
    • Lightweight at 90kg per metre with up to 144m transportable on a single truck
    • Available in 6m and 12m section lengths
    • Optional radius sections, fence panels, wheeled and gate sections available
    • Anti-Gawk Screen option available, crash tested to NCHRP 350 TL3
